I. POLICIES ON RESERVATIONS
A. Early Check-out / Reduced Stay Rule:
1. Whenever guest/s cut short their stay for reasons of their own accord and not because of fortuitous events like typhoons, floods, illness cases where
member/s of the party needs emergency treatment, flight cancellations and the like, payment/deposit for the unused nights shall be forfeited.
2. A certification on the actual check-out date duly prepared/signed by the Manager of the entity is required from the guest. However, it shall not in any way be
construed as an authority for refund of deposit/payment made.
3. Reasons for early check-out/reduce stay shall be stated in the certification, in which case deposit/payment may be refunded when found justifiable
B. Cancellation /Reductions (Reduction in group reservation shall be construct as a cancellation & shall be treated as such)

2. Lean Season
2.1 Cancellation on room reservation shall be honored up to one (1) week (for individual travellers), two (2) weeks (for groups) prior to actual tour date
without incurring a cancellation fee.
2.2 Cancellation on room reservation made within one (1) week shall incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) night stay per room.
2.3 Cancellation on room reservation made, within 48 hours (2 days for individual travellers), 96 hours (4 days for groups) prior to actual tour date shall
mean forfeiture of deposit/payment made.
2.4 No show shall mean forfeiture of the deposit/payment made.
C. Refundable Amount
1. The refundable amount of the deposit/payment made shall be based on the room charges. The Web Admin Fee and Processing Fee are NOT subject to refund.
II. Dress Code Policy:
The Hotel Appreciates the observance of our smart casual dress code while dining at the restaurant outlets. Bathrobes, swimwear and undershirts are not appropriate for the dining experience and ambiance we have created for you.
