There are 10 duplex cottages with 2 air-con rooms/cottage (total of 20 rooms) with private toilet & bath. Average room size of each native-inspired duplex room is 20 square meters. Each room has an individual veranda where guests can enjoy the beauty of nature. There are also 2 family rooms and 2 dormitory rooms for groups of dive buddies, family and students.
BIDR has its own motorized boat, which can carry a maximum of 12 people and a dive boat. It also have an outdoor bar (use it per request) and an open-air restaurant that serves international and local cuisine.

- Balicasag Island has a total land area of 25 hectares of which 1.5 hectares has been developed into a resort complex,the Balicasag Island Dive Resort. This has been operational since October 1989.
